All payments made for our astrology services, including but not limited to Kundali Matching, Predictions, and 1-on-1 sessions, are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2. Service Commitment

We take pride in providing personalized astrology services tailored to your needs. Once a session or service has been booked and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.

3. Exceptions

If a session or service for which the customer has paid cannot be conducted due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be provided.
